RentEase is a Ghana-only property marketplace and transaction platform. We provide listing discovery, bookings, offers, agreement generation, payment flows, and owner management tools. We operate as an intermediary and do not provide legal advice or property management services unless explicitly contracted separately.

You must provide accurate account, verification, and listing information, keep your credentials secure, and use the platform lawfully. Misrepresentation, fraud, abusive conduct, or attempts to bypass platform rules may lead to suspension or account closure.

Using RentEase means you consent to our collection, processing, and retention of personal data, identity verification data, payment details, transaction records, and communication history as described in our Privacy Policy. Certain platform features require this data to operate and complete transactions.

RentEase may charge commission, transaction, or subscription fees depending on the product. Payments, escrow, refunds, and releases are handled through our approved providers and governed by applicable platform policies.

We may verify users, keep audit logs, review behavior, and take action to prevent fraud, abuse, or unsafe conduct. RentEase provides factual records and support for disputes but does not act as an arbitrator or guarantee dispute outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentEase disclaims warranties and limits liability for the platform, listings, transactions, and third-party providers. Continued use after updates means you accept revised terms, subject to any mandatory legal rights.
